YouTube stars Ethan and Grayson Dolan—popularly known as the Dolan Twins—have won legions of fans with their well-chiseled faces, goofy antics, and all-around good guy personalities.
Now, you can create your own content in a home immortalized in a ton of Dolan-centric YouTube clips.
A Southern California home that the twins rented and featured extensively on their popular channel is now up for sale. The handsome midcentury modern dwelling in Encino, CA, is priced at a cool $2.5 million.
The 20-year-old YouTube stars first revealed the house to their nearly 11 million subscribers on May 1, 2018, in a video they titled “We’re Back!” that popped up after the pair announced a creative break a month earlier.
Recharged, tan, and ready to get back into creating new content for their eager fans, the duo proudly showed off the new digs, complete with a professional set and new logo.
Here’s the duo giving a full tour of the house in mid-May 2018.
The brothers stayed at the house, which was continually featured in their videos, until they purchased a place of their own in Encino in September 2019.
Now the high-profile property is back on the market, as camera-ready as ever.
Built in 1961, the vintage charmer sits on a half-acre overlooking the San Fernando Valley. The lot includes a patio and pool positioned perfectly to soak in the SoCal sun, as well as a separate studio residence with full bathroom.
The main house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and nearly 3,200 square feet filled with high ceilings and natural sunlight. Impeccably maintained and updated, the home has new floors and appliances.
If buying the house isn’t for you, you can follow in the footsteps of the Dolan Twins and rent it for $9,999 per month.
Today, there’s no sign of the shenanigans the brothers cooked up while they were here—well, except for the videos with millions of views, and also, what appears to be a professional-grade soda fountain in the kitchen.
When Ethan and Grayson aren’t in California, they spend time with their mom in New Jersey, where they recently surprised her with a massive backyard makeover during quarantine. As of September of last year, the twins had racked up over 1.5 billion views to their channels.
Influencer-approved, with plenty of footage to document its awesome attributes, this Encino home is much more than just eye candy. It has near universal appeal. Which sounds a lot like the former tenants, who entertain millions of fans by simply being their authentic selves. No need to change a thing.
